There are three matches scheduled for day four of FIFA World Cup.
The Netherlands and Denmark,
Japan and Cameroon.
Italy Vs Paraguay

Today’s big game is between Italy and Paraguay, when the defending champion Italy will try to retain their title. With a team of talented young pretenders and nine Germany 2006 veterans, the team is all set to win. With a backbone consisting of players like Gianluigi Buffon, Fabio Cannavaro, Andrea Pirlo and Alberto Gilardino, coach Marcello Lippi, has nothing much to worry about. He said, “Great teams are born at big tournaments and grow game-by-game. Hopefully we'll start off well tomorrow night and grow from there."On the other hand, Paraguay is ready with lightning counter-attacks and watertight defense. This is Paraguay’s fourth consecutive World Cup appearance. The team has developed a solid defense strategy under Martino. It is no surprise that Paraguayans dominated in beating Argentina and Brazil on their way to the finals. Paraguay has an impressive qualifying trail under their belt that included a 2-0 win over Brazil and a 1-0 victory over Argentina.
Italy – Paraguay Match Schedule

This high-adrenaline Group F match will take place in Cape Town at 20:30 GMT.
Schedule of Group E matches World Cup 2010 South Africa on 14 June 2010

In Group E match, The Netherlands will take on Denmark in Johannesburg Soccer City at 13:30 GMT while in another Group E match, Japan will take on four times African champion Cameroon in Mangaung/ Bloemfontein at 16:00 GMT.

The Netherlands is another European contender who was unbeaten on the qualification trail. Meanwhile, Denmark, who was also winners of their qualifying group, has taken a back seat with probable absence of their star performer Nicklas Bendtner.

In the other Group E match, Cameroon will take on Japan, both will be battling hard to clinch for victory. While Cameroon will be trying to get their first win against Japan, who have defeated them twice, including once in FIFA Confederations Cup. Both the teams have stride hard in their respective qualifying games. Keisuke Honda commented to FIFA.com, "If you want to survive in football, the best strategy is to attack. Our coach is always drumming it into us, he wants to see us play offensive football," While Japan lost to England, Korea Republican and Côte d'Ivoire, the Indomitable Lions held a draw against Slovakia and scored 3 goals in successive games against Serbia and Portugal.

i'd pick, Denmark,japan and Italy

Japan up by 1 so far

If they successfully buy some insurance it should be game over, but I expect Cameroon to beast it out for some reason.
